Embedded within London's largest estate agency, reporting directly to the Head of Business Analytics and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organisation's two highest-revenue departments.
Designed and delivered a 12-dashboard Marketing Analytics suite across Direct Mail, Aggregators, Website and Marketing Overview — tracking 40+ KPIs including channel conversion rates across Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, Letters per VBO, and Paid Search vs Organic performance across 7 divisions. Improved cross-channel marketing visibility by ~35%.
Built a 12-dashboard Property Services suite measuring Move Consultant productivity across teams, divisions, weeks and days — tracking outbound call activity, Valuations Booked, lead quality and instruction conversion with YoY benchmarking. Contributed to a ~30% improvement in performance monitoring.
Engineered automated SQL pipelines for scheduled weekly and monthly reports, cutting turnaround by ~80%; configured automated Power BI dataset refreshes; implemented Row-Level Security for division- and role-based access; version-controlled all .pbip files via Azure DevOps.
Applied a structured dashboarding framework across all 24 dashboards — each suite organised into 4 sections with a dedicated summary page and 3 deep-dive analytical pages per section.

Delivered 4 end-to-end Power BI proofs of concept for IKEA (via Flow) — requirements gathering, data modelling, dashboard design and the final stakeholder presentation.
Served as Lead BI Engineer for PowerTrack Africa's fleet telematics suite, and built full analytics functions on AWS QuickSight and Power BI for a US healthcare startup and a US ad-tech startup, working directly with their CTO.
Delivered Power BI reporting with SharePoint integration and Microsoft Teams embedding for an Austrian enterprise client, from requirements through to delivery.
Rebuilt internal CRM and finance reporting, removing ~60% of manual work in the CRM process, and presented the finance work directly to the executive team — changing how resources were allocated the following quarter.

Migrated 50 million records and rebuilt the company's Python and SQL ETL pipelines, orchestrated end-to-end in Apache Airflow.
Automated roughly 70% of the analytics team's repetitive work at no additional tooling cost.
